Festival Policy
All crew of SPIRIT of Burgas will work to provide a safe and secure event for all involved. Please follow the rules below to help us ensure a safe and joyful event for everybody. Be responsible.
Tickets
The ticket is precious. Keep it safe and don't give it to anybody except to the official festival staff at the entrances. There will be no refunds for lost or damaged tickets. Persons under 18 years old need to be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 18. A declaration will need to be signed at the entrance.
Free entrance for children under 7 accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 18. A declaration will need to be signed at the entrance.
There will be NO PASSOUTS OR RE-ENTRY. Exiting the festival will be final each day.
Forbidden objects
- video cameras and professional photographer equipment)

- guns
- all kind of sharp and dangerous objects - knives, umbrellas, etc.
- glass bottles
- Portable Laser Equipment and Pens
Photos and video
It's forbidden to use flash or take pictures of the artists.
The festival will be filmed. By entering the festival you are giving your consent to be filmed.
Alcohol and drugs
No alcohol or drugs allowed to be brought in the festival area.
People under the influence of drugs or excessive drink will not be allowed entry into the festival, and will not receive a refund.
No alcohol for people under 18 years old.
Festival Area
It's forbidden to enter the sea. The festival will not take responsibility for anyone who ignores this rule.
Lets make the festival area a nice place to have a party.
Use the trash cans. Respect nature!
Antisocial Behavior
Any persons behaving in a manner deemed antisocial by our stewards will be ejected with no possibility of re-entry or refund. Please report any such behavior to the nearest steward everyone has the right to party in a safe environment.
Medical
If needed, a medical team is at your disposal for any problems that may occur.
It is your responsibility to take care of yourself, your friends and people around you. If you notice an alarming situation please contact a person from the festival.
Please make sure you bring any essential medication with you.
Handicap
The festival area has a limited access for wheel chairs. As the area is situated on the park and the beach, think of bringing helpers.
There will be disabled toilets at the main entrance and in the Jack Daniel`s Rock Stage.
Animals
Please note that no animals will be allowed on site.
